Unfortunately, I do not support this idea as the rapier has a range bonus just like the Gallente variant. The other two races get effective bonuses, instead of the range - making them, in my opinion, just as effective at their particular task.

40. Are bounties worth the money - in Crime and Punishment [original thread]
It's a personal opinion. For many, the answer is a 'yes.' For others, it'll be a 'no.' Some of the bounties on folks out there are in the billions and for the average pilot in EVE, that's enough money to justify bounty hunting.
